Lets the manager hand an extractor a fallback model without the extractor having to be wired to the agent directly. [ModelExtractor](/pr-cms-3708/docs/api/typescript/ModelExtractor/index.md) uses its own configured model when set, else [defaultModel](#defaultmodel).
